CANCELLATIONS
A request to cancel a registration must be received by 5:00 PM EST, Friday, December 18, 2026. Please note that a US$300 cancellation fee will apply to cancellation requests. A cancellation request received after this date will not be accommodated and the payment will be nonrefundable.

Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted to nyu.api@nyu.edu with the inclusion of the registrant’s name, organization, contact information, and registration confirmation number. Requests received after the dates previously stated will not be processed.
