The Customer Energy Solutions Leadership Council is an exclusive event where utilities across the US and Canada come together to discuss pressing issues, share successful strategies and lessons learned, and build their professional networks.
This in-person meeting will be held in Denver, Colorado, and is a blend of roundtable discussions and E Source−led presentations. This fall, we’ll focus on critical issues affecting CES portfolios, programs, and investments, including:
- Whether DER programs and VPPs are delivering real, lasting value or falling short of customer expectations
- Results from our DER utility benchmark and customer pulse survey
- How utilities under regulatory pressure are defending program value, achieving savings targets and keeping portfolios intact
- Benefit-cost analysis for DERs and an overview of the new National Standard Practice Manual (NSPM) 2.0 for DERs
- Briefings on moderate-income customers, HVAC and building technology, trade ally relationships, and data center load growth
- A peer exchange built around what’s actually working (and what isn’t) across your portfolio
Top three reasons to attend:
- This is the only industry event dedicated to a closed-door, vendor-free dialogue with top utility DSM and DER technology leaders from the US and Canada.
- Our roundtable discussions give you a chance to share tactics for customer-centric solutions while reflecting on challenges related to your utility program, pilot, and technology efforts.
- You’ll leave the meeting with new ideas, contacts, and action items to optimize your DSM, DER, and emerging technology initiatives.
Who can attend?
- You must be a member of the E Source Demand-Side Management, Distributed Energy Resource Strategy, or Technology Assessment Services.
- You must be a nominated leader from a utility DSM, DER, electrification, or emerging technology group (typically department heads).
- You received a personal invitation from E Source.
Up to two representatives per member utility may attend. Please email us if you’re unsure whether you meet our participation criteria. E Source reserves the right to deny event access to any individual or company. For more information about attending this event, please email us or call 1-800-ESOURCE (1-800-376-8723).
