CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

A written request for cancellation must be emailed to schack.conference@nyu.edu to the attention of Conference Administration. Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment.

Requests received by Monday May 11, 2026 will receive a registration refund.  Unfortunately,  NYU SPS cannot refund any fees for cancellations that occur less than 30 days prior to the original Event start date, or for failure to attend  an Event.

Due to financial obligations incurred by NYU SPS, there are no refunds available after May 11, 2026. The  School is not able to arrange cancellation exceptions or to accept  onsite cancellations. All refunds will be processed following the  conference.
