2026 IWLA 3PL Warehouse Executive Forum: Legal, Insurance, & Risk

The 2026 IWLA 3PL Warehouse Executive Forum: Legal, Insurance, & Risk brings together experienced legal, insurance, and industry professionals to tackle the issues that matter most to warehouse operators and the people responsible for managing risk.

You’ll get practical insights into the contracts you negotiate, the risks you face, the claims and coverage issues that can affect your business, and the legal and regulatory developments shaping the 3PL industry. Sessions will explore everything from key provisions in warehouse contracts and liability limits to insurance coverage, employment law, AI, cybersecurity, and the latest legal challenges affecting warehouse operations.

This event brings together 3PL executives, warehouse leaders, operations professionals, risk managers, insurance professionals, attorneys, legal counsel, and anyone involved in contracts, claims, compliance, or business risk. Attendees will gain practical insights and strategies to help protect their businesses, strengthen operations, manage risk, and navigate the legal challenges facing today’s 3PL industry. MCLE credit will be available for eligible attorneys.

Program Information

IWLA will provide a hotel room block for event attendees and will share reservation details as soon as they become available.

IWLA Hotel Block
The room block reservation deadline is Oct. 21, 2026. This will be the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The IWLA group rate is $219 plus taxes. Reservation details will be provided upon registration.

Refund Policy
Registration fees will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Programs are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded. IWLA is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants in the event of program cancellation.
