MiMA 2026 - Diversity & Inclusivity Champion of the Year

This award is for the best young Diversity and Inclusivity champion, including Health & Wellbeing, that has positively and effectively impacted a brand or organisation. It is open to anyone working within any sector. Over the last 12 months, diversity & inclusion has probably never been so much at the forefront of business priorities. pro-manchester's own EDI committee is made up of 6 core focus areas: 'pro-women', 'parents', 'LGBTQ+', 'race, ethnicity & religious belief', 'disability, mental health and neurodiversity' and 'social mobility'. We’re looking for someone who has made a real difference across one or a number of the many facets to the creation of a diverse workplace.
