Exhibit Opportunities

Limited Exhibit tables are available for $1,500. 

Exhibit tables are only available for purchase when registering as a conference attendee or as an add-on to a patron registration. Any additional representatives at the exhibit table must also register, either at the general rate or using an additional patron complimentary registration codes.

Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.

Items included:

• One skirted 6-foot table
• Two chairs
• Listing in the program and on the conference website (if registered by July 24, 2024)

Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors. 

Signs and pop-up displays are permitted only if they fit on top of the provided 6’ table. Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit.

Please register by July 24, 2024 to guarantee inclusion in the final program.
