Connect & Engage

Alongside compelling sessions, the U.S. Biopharma Workforce Partnership Conference creates high‑energy moments to connect, collaborate, and build new partnerships that will push talent development forward.

Partnering Tables

We are excited to share that every participating organization now has the opportunity to host a Partnering Table.

We understand some attendees may have been hesitant to host a table because they wanted time to visit other organizations. However, this year’s format is designed to ensure you still have ample time to network, meet new partners, and explore what other organizations are doing—while benefiting from dedicated visibility in the partnering area.

A Better Way to Connect

Partnering Tables are one of the most valuable networking features of the conference. They help ensure every organization is easy to find, and every attendee has a chance to connect with the people and organizations they most want to meet.

At the same time, we don't want anyone feeling tied to a table all afternoon.

To create the best of both worlds, the 2.5-hour Partnering Table session will be divided into four time periods:

  • Each organization will be assigned one 35-minute hosting window (A, B, or C).
  • During your assigned window, we ask that a representative be available at your table to meet with attendees.
  • During the remainder of the session, you're free to explore the room, visit other tables, make new connections, and participate in conversations across the conference.
  • The final time period will be unstructured, allowing attendees to reconnect, continue discussions, and plan next steps.

This approach ensures that everyone has dedicated time to be discoverable while still having plenty of time to network throughout the room.

Connection Spotlight

Share your organization’s education, training, talent, or workforce development priorities in a fast, engaging 60‑second quick pitch designed to help attendees understand your interests and know where to find you during the partnering session. Each Spotlight allows presenters to use a single slide during their one‑minute presentation.

Spotlight opportunities are an add‑on to your registration fees due to limited session time. These short sessions are highly effective in driving traffic to your partnering table.

Space is limited. Priority will be given to organizations providing education, training, talent acquisition, and workforce development solutions for the biopharma industry. Large biopharmaceutical manufacturing companies may consider becoming a contributing sponsor to be guaranteed both a Connection Spotlight and a partnering table with premium site lines.

Name Badges

To spark new conversations, NIIMBL will highlight your professional and personal interests on your conference name badge.

Please list up to five short one- or two-word descriptions of professional interests (e.g., apprenticeships, recruiting) and/or personal interests (e.g., surfing, dancing, photography). Each word is limited to 18 characters.
