Partnering Tables

A signature feature of the workforce conference, partnering tables offer an opportunity to connect, share your work, and jumpstart new partnerships. One table per organization is included in the registration cost on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits. Confirmation and details will be sent on September 30, 2026.

Connection Spotlight

Share your organization’s education, training, talent, or workforce development priorities in a fast, engaging 60‑second quick pitch designed to help attendees understand your interests and know where to find you during the partnering session. Each Spotlight allows presenters to use a single slide during their one‑minute presentation.

Spotlight opportunities are an add‑on to your registration fees due to limited session time. These short sessions are highly effective in driving traffic to your partnering table.

Space is limited. Priority will be given to organizations providing education, training, talent acquisition, and workforce development solutions for the biopharma industry. Large biopharmaceutical manufacturing companies may consider becoming a contributing sponsor to be guaranteed both a Connection Spotlight and a partnering table with premium site lines.

Name Badges

To spark new conversations, NIIMBL will highlight your professional and personal interests on your conference name badge. 

Please list up to five short one- or two-word descriptions of professional interests (e.g., apprenticeships, recruiting) and/or personal interests (e.g., surfing, dancing, photography). Each word is limited to 18 characters.
