Registration Information

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Requests may be made by emailing Mr. Earl Wade at earl.wade@famu.edu. All requests for refunds made prior to Friday, September 4, 2026, will be honored and charged a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Friday, September 4, 2026.

Policy on Industry Support: The College of Pharmacy adheres to the US Food and Drug Administrator’s policy on industry supported educational activities. The FDA policy requires, among other things, that we conduct the educational program supported by any corporate educational grants independently and without control by the grantor of the program’s planning, content or execution. Furthermore, the programs must be free of commercial bias for or against any product.

ADA Regulations: The College of Pharmacy complies with ADA requirements. Please contact the Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education in advance of the meeting for any needed technical assistance.

Tax Deduction: The expense of continuing education, when taken to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax deductible. Please contact your accountant for complete details.

Rewarding of CE Credits: At the end of each educational module CE credits will be awarded upon successful completion of a survey and evaluation along with the provided session code. Continuing education credits will be reported by the CE provider to CPEMonitor and to CEBroker.

Parking at the hotel is valet at $45 per night.  City self parking is adjacent to the hotel is available at $2.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour.

Parking at the College: We are arranging for parking in the lot across the street from the College of Pharmacy building.  Additional parking is available on the side streets of the building as well as in lot spaces off Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
