* Dance Educators must contact the TDEA DEAL Executive Administrator if any students opt out of pictures/video after receiving the DEAL Parent Letter that is sent out by the organization.This question is required.

The cost of a DEAL Assessment is $150.00 per school based on a minimum of 5 participating schools.  Should the number of schools participating in the assessment be lower than 5, the $750 will be split among those schools participating.
