The DOE-EPRI Joint Initiative on Novel Applications for Synchronized Power Instrumentation (NASPI) Work Group Meeting and Vendor Show- Fall 2026

WELCOME

The DOE-EPRI Joint Initiative on Novel Applications for Synchronized Power Instrumentation (NASPI) Work Group Meeting and Vendor Show will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, November 3 - 4, 2026, featuring invited speakers and technology partners demonstrating their latest offerings. You will hear presentations from companies and individuals who are using synchronized measurement technology successfully to solve specific challenges and the lessons they learned along the way.

NASPI Work Group registration: 

• Super early-bird registration will be $315 for regular attendees and $125 for students until April 17, 2026.
• Early-bird registration will be $415 for regular attendees and $175 for students until October 3, 2026.
• After October 3, 2026, rates will then increase to $515 for regular attendees and $275 for students.

NASPI welcomes you to Charlotte, NC. EPRI has negotiated rates with nearby hotels to the EPRI Charlotte Office. Please visit the "EPRI Charlotte" tab at the top of the page for more details and a link to book your guest room.

Partners: If you are a vendor and would like to attend this meeting as a NASPI Partner, please review the Partnership Opportunity [naspi.org] document. Determine what level of partnership you would like and make that selection during registration. You will be sent a code to register your additional attendees as noted in the partner document. Partner tables will be set up at the back of the main meeting room to maximize your interaction with attendees. All our partners will receive shipping instructions and setup/take down times and dates for the EPRI Office.
