We ask that you please do not register for this meeting until you are certain of your attendance.

Health and Safety Information

To ensure a healthy and safe meeting environment, COG recommends meeting attendees consider the following:

Attendance | COG requests that anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or any other respiratory infection, should refrain from attending the meeting. Attendee must agree if they become symptomatic and/or test positive for any contagious illness while onsite, they will cease participation in the event to avoid infecting other attendees.

Masking | Masking is not required, however, any attendee desiring to wear a mask should feel free to do so. Attendees choosing to mask should not feel pressured to remove their mask, not feel discriminated against for wearing a mask, and/or should not be retaliated against for wearing a mask.

Note: This guidance is subject to change if the health and safety risks associated with increased prevalence of infectious disease warrant adopting more protective measures.
