Important Event Information
- You will be responsible for arranging your flights through Adelman (Concur) and transportation to and from the airport.
- Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf through the registration process. You will be responsible for the cost of your accommodations through your T&E.
- Hotel, flights, and ground transportation and/or mileage over the meeting dates may be expensed through normal travel guidelines.
- Pacific Life will cover all meals and meeting related expenses over the program dates.
