Yoga wheels are round props used in yoga practice to enhance flexibility, support poses, and promote overall well-being. Here are some of the benefits of using a yoga wheel: 

  • Yoga wheels allow for deeper backbends and chest openings, improving flexibility in the spine, shoulders, and hips.
  • Using a wheel in certain poses can help correct posture by opening up the chest, shoulders, and hips.
  • Wheel poses engage the core muscles, strengthening the abdomen and lower back.
  • Yoga wheels can also help improve balance, relieve back pain, and stimulate the nervous system.
