Conference Goals:

  • ACTIVATE — Build shared understanding of division priorities, instructional goals, and key updates to prepare for a focused and successful school year.
  • COLLABORATE — Strengthen instructional practice through rubric-scoring calibration, collaborative planning, and meaningful exchange of ideas across schools and teams.
  • TRANSFORM— Turn learning and collaboration into action by developing strategies, resources, and next steps that teachers can apply directly to instruction and student learning.
