About the IPTAN Senior Leadership Conference
As we move towards project completion, with contract reset activities and handover preparations ahead, our collective challenge is to finish strong.
This conference will bring senior leaders together to:

Next Steps
Following registration, you will be invited to a 60-minute virtual session with your table group, facilitated by members of the IPT Executive Team and delegates from the BBV Aspiring Leadership Programme (ALP).
Your participation is important. These conversations will lay the foundations for a productive conference and help ensure we achieve lasting impact beyond the event itself.

How to get there
By Car
The ICC Birmingham is easily accessible via the M6, M5 and M42. Parking is available at the nearby Utilita Arena Birmingham, King Edward's Road, B1 2AA (charges apply).
Please note the venue is within Birmingham's Clean Air Zone (CAZ), and charges may apply to non-compliant vehicles. Click here to check your car registration before travelling.
By Train
If you’re jumping on the train, you’ll find three stations to choose from:
Birmingham New Street – approximately a 10-12 minute walk
Birmingham Snow Hill – approximately a 10-15 minute walk
Birmingham Moor Street – approximately a 15-20 minute walk (or a short taxi/tram journey)
There is also a tram network that connects Birmingham to Wolverhampton, which stops at Centenary Square, just outside the ICC.
To walk from Birmingham New Street Station, head towards Victoria Square and follow the signs for Centenary Square, the ICC and Utilita Arena Birmingham.

How do I confirm my place at the event?
That’s easy, to confirm your place please click on the ‘register now’ button above.
When do I need to confirm my attendance?
Please register as soon as possible, and before Tuesday 1 September.
What if I can no longer attend?
If you are unable to attend or your circumstances change, please confirm this in writing with either Patrick Dineen, if you are a HS2 employee, or a member of the BBV Executive Team, if you are a BBV employee.
Once this has been confirmed, please either decline the registration using the 'Decline' button above or click 'Cancel Registration' at the bottom of the registration page.

Where can I find the meeting agenda?
The full agenda will be shared closer to the event date. Registration opens at 08:00, with the conference commencing promptly at 08:30. The event is expected to conclude at approximately 16:30.
How do I book my travel?
