The registration fee for Pondemonium covers official event programming and meals from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday’s Blowout Bash. It also includes daily access passes that were previously sold separately by the Q Center.

Please note: Lodging is not included and must be booked and paid directly through the Q Center

We’ve streamlined the event into a Friday-Monday format to make it more convenient and value-packed. The registration fee now includes previously separate costs like the kickoff dinner, pond tours, and exclusive seminars. Plus, all meals and select open bar events are covered, reducing planning stress and maximizing value.

Yes. Pondemonium registration is a flat rate and covers the entire event. Partial attendance does not reduce the registration cost.

No. Registrations are issued per individual and cannot be shared, transferred, or split between attendees.

Yes. All individuals attending any portion of Pondemonium must be registered and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes. Each attendee must complete their own individual registration transaction.

No. Unfortunately, additional attendees cannot be added to an existing registration. Each attendee must register separately.

No. Each Pondemonium registration requires its own unique, valid email address. Every attendee must register separately using their own email address.

A unique email address is required so each attendee can:

• Receive event updates and important communications
• Book their Q Center lodging after registering
• Access the Pondemonium event app and receive their personal confirmation code
• View schedules, notifications, and participate in event activities

This registration setup helps ensure every attendee has full access to the event app experience and all event features throughout Pondemonium.

• 60+ days prior to event: Full refund
• 30–59 days prior: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days prior: No refunds

Refunds apply to registration fees only. Optional activities may have separate cancellation terms. Please review our full cancellation policy on the Fees & Policies page.

Yes! On-site registration will be available. Please note that you must have a Q Center day package or a guest badge before completing on-site registration.

The on-site registration fee is $1,900.

Please note that the standard registration fee of $1,500 is available only through July 15, 2026. After this date, the fee increases to $1,700 for late registration.

Yes. Invitation letters are available only after you have completed your registration and full payment has been received.

Yes. You can modify your registration using the link in your confirmation email. If you no longer have this email, select “Already Registered?” on the registration page to access your account.

No separate daily pass purchase is necessary. Daily access to the Q Center is now included with your Pondemonium registration fee. Please note: lodging must still be booked and paid for separately through the Q Center. 

No. A valid Q Center badge (or day package confirmation) must be presented before receiving your Pondemonium badge.

Q Center lodging reservations can only be made after completing your Pondemonium registration.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive the information and links needed to book your lodging directly with the Q Center.

No. Q Center rooms are subject to availability, and Aquascape does not have the ability to reserve, hold, guarantee, or secure rooms on behalf of attendees.

We strongly encourage attendees to book lodging as early as possible.

No. Room availability is managed entirely by the Q Center and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once rooms are sold out, additional lodging may need to be secured offsite.

Standard Room

A twin-bed, single-occupancy stateroom-style room designed for simple and comfortable accommodations.

Executive Room

Features a double-occupancy bed, workstation, mini refrigerator, and comfortable sitting area—perfect for balancing business and relaxation.

Suite

Enjoy upgraded comfort in a one-bedroom Suite featuring:

• Double-occupancy bed
• Separate living area
• Wet bar
• Two flat-screen TVs

Ideal for relaxing before or after event activities.

No. Room types and rates are managed solely by the Q Center and are subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred accommodations, as rooms are first-come, first-served.

Yes, room selection is made directly through the Q Center based on current availability at the time of booking.

If Q Center lodging reaches capacity, attendees will need to arrange accommodations at nearby hotels independently.

Aquascape cannot guarantee availability once rooms are sold out.

No. All room inventory, pricing, availability, and lodging policies are managed directly by the Q Center.

Absolutely. We highly recommend booking lodging as soon as possible, as room availability can become limited quickly before Pondemonium.

Yes. Anyone entering the Q Center must have a valid day package. If they are staying overnight in your Q Center room, the day package is included in the room rate. Please contact the Q Center directly for details.

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes. All overnight guests at the Q Center are required to pay applicable lodging fees, regardless of event attendance. For specific rates and policies, contact the Q Center.

No. Guests cannot check in without providing a valid payment method. If someone else is responsible for the payment, please coordinate with your company or group in advance to avoid check-in delays.
