Fees

Pondemoniuim registration is a two-step process.

Step 1: Register for Pondemonium

Step 2: Upon completing your registration, follow the link that you will receive in your confirmation email to book your accommodations at the Q Center.

All guests, including day guests, must be registered at the Q Center.

What Your Pondemonium Registration Includes

The Pondemonium registration fee includes daily event passes (previously sold separately by the Q Center), meals, and access to all scheduled Pondemonium events beginning Friday evening, August 14 through Monday evening, August 17.

Optional activities, add-on experiences, or excursions may be offered for an additional fee and may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

IMPORTANT: Q CENTER LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED

Lodging at the Q Center is NOT included in the Pondemonium registration fee.

• All attendees are solely responsible for booking and paying for their own lodging directly with the Q Center or other accommodations.
• Payment of the Pondemonium registration fee does not include lodging and does not reserve a hotel room.
• Any lodging-related cancellations, refunds, or changes are governed by the Q Center’s policies, not Aquascape’s.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the size, scope, and advance commitments required for Pondemonium, the following event-specific cancellation and refund policy applies and supersedes Aquascape’s standard cancellation and credit policies.

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the number of days prior to the event start date:

• 60 or more days prior to the event:
  Eligible for a full refund of the Pondemonium registration fee.
• 30–59 days prior to the event:
  Eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the Pondemonium registration fee.
• Less than 30 days prior to the event:
  No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason.
  No exceptions will be made.

Refunds apply to registration fees only. Optional activities and add-on experiences may have separate cancellation terms.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Credits & Transfers

• Event credits and registration transfers are not permitted for Pondemonium, except in the event of cancellation by Aquascape.

Event Cancellation by Aquascape

Aquascape reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule Pondemonium due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, registered attendees may receive a refund, event credit, or transfer, as determined by Aquascape.
