Refunds will not be issued.
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 business days prior to the conference start date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made fewer than 30 business days before the conference, or for cancellations due to inclement weather, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Registrations may be transferred to another current AIMSE member from the same firm. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the AIMSE office within 48 hours of the event.
