ASAM Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder Course: Waiver Qualifying in Great Falls

The MPCA is proud to present the ASAM Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder Course, a MAT Waiver Training.  

This course covers all treatments and medications for opioid use disorder, and is designed for licensed physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians who plan to obtain a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine in office-based treatment of opioid use disorders and is educational and informational for all treatment team members. This training satisfies the 8 hours of education requirements for physicians to qualify for a DEA waiver. After completing all 8 hours of education provided by this course, NPs/PAs/CNSs can access the additional 16 hours of training required by CARA in a separate course at no cost. 

This training is provided at no cost to the participant.
