Diocesan Leadership Summit

The Church Pension Group’s inaugural Diocesan Leadership Summit is a new gathering shaped by the realities emerging across The Episcopal Church and by the needs of those entrusted to your care.

This Summit will bring together bishops and senior diocesan leaders for three days of shared learning, candid discussion, and strategic insights.

It is designed to offer you

• Insight into CPG’s decision-making around pricing, products, support, and the financial factors shaping health and property coverage
• An understanding of current property and casualty realities that influence your diocesan buildings, resources, and planning
• A dedicated space to exchange experiences about what is working in your diocese—and where partnership is most needed
• Two-way conversations with senior CPG leadership about clergy and lay wellness, and what it will take to strengthen the future of our Church

You will also hear from Dwight Zscheile, PhD, whose research and work with dioceses across the Church offer practical insight into strengthening congregational vitality, organizational resilience, and long-term sustainability.
