In-person: Show ID + proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival
There are two ways to attend:
- Attending our workshop in-person includes all classes and concerts held at Fort Worden in Port Townsend, WA. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit to register for in-person attendance; final payment is due February 28, 2022.
View Centrum's COVID-19 PROTOCOLS here - Our online track includes pre-selected classes each day streamed audit-style, and utilizing Centrum's professional-quality video and audio broadcast equipment. Online participants pay a non-refundable $150 for the program.
You must be 18 or older to attend this program in-person.
If you are registering a spouse/guest for shared room and meals register the participant first. You will need that participant confirmation number. Call Centrum (360-385-3102 x117) to complete room and board registration for your guest ($475).
As of 4/8/2022 we are no longer able to take room and board orders for this workshop.
