In-Person Breastfeeding Class

In this class, expectant parents learn about breastfeeding essentials, including but not limited to:

• Infant latch-on and positioning
• Monitoring infant intake and output
• Troubleshooting problems

Additionally, we provide an introduction to breast pumps and discuss planning needs for returning to work. We also discuss the role of fathers, partners, and support people in breastfeeding and skin-to-skin.

All participants MUST register for this class.
