Please complete the registration form for the Unlocking Opportunity October Collaborative by Thursday, September 10, 2026. Each participant should submit their own registration form.
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the event, which will take place at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel in Irving, Texas (221 Las Colinas Blvd E, Irving, TX 75039), just outside of Dallas. The closest airports are Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).
The Unlocking Opportunity team will book accommodations for all participants during your session dates. See the recommended arrival and departure dates that correlate to your selected programming in the Session section of the registration form. Additional information is available in the Planning Guide and Next Steps for Unlocking Opportunity Implementation Support email (sent on July 17), which may be helpful to review prior to booking travel and registering for the event.
Participants staying outside of program dates will be financially responsible for their stay. Aspen will be in touch with any participants who would like to stay outside of program dates about accommodations at cost based on the arrival and departure information you provide.
