OPTIONAL PRE-CONFERENCE PRIMER: FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS
A team of hotel industry veterans, from both the franchisor and franchisee sides, will teach a full-day session on the structure of a franchise relationship, federal and state regulation of franchising, and legal issues frequently considered in negotiating hotel franchise agreements. Learn how to better represent a hotel franchisor or franchisee in approaching one of the “major agreements” in the industry.
