All sessions for CWS Summit Europe will take place at the Royal Lancaster London. 

The conference group rate is £415 + VAT (20%) for single occupancy and will increase if more than one person is staying in the room. This rate is available until 19 April 2027 or until the room block has sold out.

After registering for CWS Summit Europe, you will receive a link to book your accommodations as this rate is reserved for registered conference attendees only.

Rooms at the group rate are available on a first come, first served basis. We highly recommend that you register for the conference and reserve your hotel room early to ensure you can stay at the conference hotel.

Please note that all reservations made in the block must be for registered conference attendees only.

Staffing Industry Analysts does not use any housing bureaus or third party reservation agencies. Please book your rooms directly with the hotel.
