You’ll get in on the fun of twisting your own pretzel dough while learning the secrets behind this ballpark classic snack. While your practice twists won’t hit the oven, you’ll still enjoy a freshly baked Philly soft pretzel.

Shawn’s journey into cooking began alongside his grandmother, where he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After earning his Culinary Degree from Daytona State, he gained experience as a sous chef at established restaurants in his hometown. Shawn then moved to Orlando, where he took on a catering chef position, honing his skills in large weddings and events.
