A Four-Part Structured Leadership Experience for 2026

The Nursing Home Administrator Peer Networking Group is a year-long, structured leadership experience created exclusively for Nursing Home Administrators.

Administrators are leading in one of the most complex environments in healthcare. Regulatory pressures, workforce challenges, financial realities, and the emotional weight of caregiving require more than operational excellence — they require intentional, resilient leadership.

This group meets quarterly in 2026 from 10am-2pm and includes 2 CEUs and catered lunch:

•  June 3, 2026
•  September 9, 2026
•  November 10, 2026
   

Each session builds on the next, combining structured curriculum, practical leadership tools, and meaningful peer dialogue in a confidential, administrator-only setting.
