All sessions for CollaborationX will take place at the Omni Dallas Hotel. The conference group rate is $282 per night, plus taxes and fees. This rate is available until September 4, 2026 or until the room block has sold out.

After registering for CollaborationX, you will receive a link to book your accommodations as this rate is reserved for registered conference attendees only.

Rooms at the group rate are available on a first come, first served basis. We highly recommend that you register for the conference and reserve your hotel room early to ensure you can stay at the conference hotel.

Please note that all reservations made in the block must be for registered conference attendees only.
