CollaborationX Shark Tank is a fun, interactive keynote session taking place at CollaborationX: AI & Tech in Staffing and Workforce Solutions, SIA's definitive event at the intersection of innovation, intelligence and digital transformation!

Live on the main stage, five finalists chosen by SIA’s selection committee will have the opportunity to pitch their business to a panel of “sharks”, comprised of highly accomplished industry thought leaders, as well as a large audience representing the global staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem.

The pitch will give finalists the opportunity to present their business, demonstrate how it is innovative and disruptive, engage directly with the sharks, and show why they deserve the 2026 CollaborationX Shark Tank Technology Innovation Award.

Does my firm qualify?
Firms wishing to participate in CollaborationX Shark Tank should fall somewhere within our Workforce Solutions Ecosystem and have a heavy technology focus.
What size of firm are we looking for?
There is no restriction on company size or funding, though preference will be given to early-stage companies. That said, we also prioritize having a diverse group of company types among the finalists, so we encourage firms of all sizes to nominate themselves.
My company is a subsidiary of a larger firm. Can we nominate our firm?
Subsidiaries of larger companies may make submissions for standalone products, though we give preference to independent firms.
What is the selection based on?
Finalists will be selected based on the following criteria:
- The level of innovation of the company, product and/or solution
- The scale of the market opportunity
- Relevance to the audience
Why should I participate?
Finalists will receive significant exposure to an audience of influential stakeholders and potentially get press in SIA publications. All five finalists will also receive complementary registration to attend the entire conference (one per company).
