Region 7 HFMA Fall Booth and Sponsorship opportunities.
The meeting will be Oct 21st thru 23rd, 2026. We know you have limited marketing dollars, so we truly appreciate you considering spending them with us. This is a stellar opportunity to make contact with existing clients and valuable prospects throughout IL, IN and WI. What a great place to showcase your products and services to hospital decision makers. This is also an excellent way to stretch your marketing dollars as thousands of members in the Tri-State area will be invited to attend this event.
The booth options will be consistent with 2024. There will be 23 hallway booths and 2 both spots in the back of the general meeting hall. The cost is $3,900 per hallway booth and $6,000 for the back of the General Session room. All booth and sponsorship purchasers over $3900 will get a free registration code for the event. Anyone spending over $1,000 will get the pre-attendee list 1-2 weeks before and a post-list 1 week after.
Set-up will begin in the morning of Oct 21th, 2026 and tear down will be after the 10:30 am refreshment break on Oct 23rd, 2026. Vendors are asked to maintain their booths until the designated tear down time.
The Institute will be held at the Hilton Chicago/Oakbrook Hills Resort & Conference Center. Hotel room reservation information will come out shortly.
Important note: In order to streamline our registration process, we will only be accepting CC payments this year. In order to lower expenses, that we can reinvest into education, we are passing a 3% Credit Card fee along to the booth or sponsorship purchasers.
