Community Planning

This training addresses how to engage coalition members and the larger community in the decision-making process. The training may include information on developing a plan of programs/strategies/practices that address priorities and how to engage coalition members in the development of the plan.   
 

Objectives 

1. Identify key steps for developing a plan that address priorities 
2. Describe the role of coalition members and the broader community with the planning process 
3. Identify strategies for involving community members into the planning process 
4. Identify strategies for engaging coalition members in developing the planning process & facilitate decision-making process
