Online Orientation 2026
August 3 - 6, 2026
Welcome to the online Orientation website!
Orientation marks the start of a wonderful adventure in your service to the Lord. Each part has been carefully planned to equip you in spiritual and practical ways to carry out your call. The Orientation experience builds on the pre-orientation coursework you will complete prior to the start of the event. Each candidate will be placed in a coaching group and be assigned a training coach who will help guide you through each training session. Each session provides opportunities to practice concepts and skills introduced in the Teaching Leader Orientation course, along with times of rich fellowship throughout the event.
This is a four-day event of interactive training and spiritual enrichment. Two separate time tracks are offered in the Central Time Zone.
- Track A: Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Central Time
- Track B: Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Central Time
Please indicate your time track preference using this form.
Use this website to learn more about Online Orientation. We will add resources including a schedule and list of participants in the weeks prior to Orientation.

Daily Reflections
Before we begin orientation each day, we ask you to take a moment to spend time in daily devotion. The focus of the Christian life is Jesus Christ. Transformation—spiritual growth—is the process by which we become more and more like our Lord Jesus Christ. This is God’s purpose for His people.
Each time you read and study the Bible, ask God to help you grow in the knowledge and likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ. Savor your time with the Lord. Ponder the truth of His Word. Treasure knowing Christ above all else.
