We are pleased to be hosting another Earnout Independent Sponsors symposium focusing on bringing together qualified Independent Sponsors and Capital Providers. 

This exclusive 1-day event focuses on high level networking opportunities between Capital Providers and Independent Sponsors. 

As with all Earnout Events, this event is focused solely on you. We organize, run and curate these events so you can get as much “bang for your buck”—we are limiting attendees for this event (much like our Miami event) so that you can maximize success. 

Event Overview: 

One-on-one curated meetings between Independent Sponsors and Capital Providers (you get to pick the meetings, and YES we are improving the meeting software for the Chicago event) 

Industry relevant round table small group discussions with curated small groups

Wednesday night Cub’s game and networking session at the world-famous Wrigley Field! Come into town the night before the event and attend this fantastic networking event at the world-famous Wrigley Field as we watch the Chicago Cubs take on the Atlanta Braves. Tickets to this event are included in the cost of registration. 

Location and Date:

September 16 – 7:40 PM (Central Time) Cubs Game – Chicago Cubs vs Atlanta Braves – Networking event included in the cost of registration (you must tell us ahead of time that you will be attending so that we can get you tickets to the game). 

Location – Wrigley Field 

September 17 – 9AM -6PM (Central Time) Earnout Independent Sponsor Symposium (see detailed agenda below)

Location – Chicago Athletic Association, 12 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60603

· Capital Providers: Single and Multi-Family Offices, Wealth Managers, RIAs, Financial Advisors, Private Issuers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Debt Funds, Co-investors, LPs, and Lenders.  

Service provider attendees are limited to sponsorships only. 

The Earnout Symposium reserves the right to deny registration or refund registration to anyone that does not meet the above criteria.
