Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, cancellation requests must be submitted online through your confirmation email link or in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. By completing this registration, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Schedule

  • Up to February 22, 2026: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • After February 22, 2026: No refund

If you are unable to complete the series, substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. The new participant will have access to recordings of any sessions that have already taken place.
