REGISTRATION POLICIES 

Cancellation Policy (In-Person)

  • Cancellations received before 30 November 2020 will receive a refund less USD 150 as cancellation fee.
  • No Cancellations accepted as of 1st December 2020.
  • In the event of force majeure due to in-person events being cancelled by the authority, ROC will be delivered as a virtual event and  refund will be given less USD35 for the virtual attendance.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hsmai-me@insightout-me.com.

Confirmation 

If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 3 business days, please contact hsmai-me@insightout-me.com. 

Substitution Policy 

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to hsmai-me@insightout-me.com. No Onsite transfer is permitted due to DTCM requirements. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. 

Hotel Group Pricing

Consent to Use of Photographic Images 

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HSMAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by HSMAI.
