Call for Session Proposals

The U.S. Department of State’s EducationUSA network invites representatives of U.S. higher education institutions (HEIs), associations, organizations, academic and English language testing organizations and (as capacity allows) other higher education stakeholders, to submit session proposals for the EducationUSA Europe and Eurasia (EUR) Regional Forum.

Below please find the Call for Proposals (CFP), and note that registrants are not required to submit a proposal in order to participate in this forum. Collaboration and joint session proposals are strongly encouraged, and the EducationUSA Session Proposal Committee reserves the right to combine multiple proposals on common themes. Should you wish to submit a proposal, but require assistance in identifying an appropriate partner, please submit the proposal and notify the Session Proposal Committee of your interest in being matched with fellow presenters.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: June 12, 2026

  1. Please review the EUR Regional Forum Instructions before submitting a proposal. The instructions include potential topics and sample sessions to help guide the development of proposals. We are keenly interested in receiving session proposals across all topics, but would like to particularly highlight priority session content outlined in the EUR Regional Forum instructions for this region.
  2. You can preview a PDF of the proposal form here.
  3. All submissions should be submitted electronically through the EUR Regional Forum Session Proposal link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/EURForum26CFP. Confirmation of receipt will be sent by email.
