Getting to San Diego
Arrivals/Departures
If you are traveling on the group dates, and have earned the trip with incentives, TWFG will take care of your airport transfers and will send those to you prior to departure. Make sure you check your departure notice for the exact departure time on September 2.
If you extend the trip on either end and are not traveling on the group dates of August 29 for Chairman's Circle and August 30 for President's Club, and the return date of September 2, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements.

For those bringing young children
Explorers Club (pricing in the link below) is an area of the hotel where parents can drop off their kids for certain periods of time to be supervised by the hotel staff.
The hotel doesn't offer babysitting services directly in the guest rooms, however, they work with Sitterwise, which is a local babysitting company. For children under 5, we encourage the use of Sitterwise, as the Explorers Club is equipped for children over 5.
TWFG will be hosting the above meals/excursions and expect everyone to attend the items listed above as noted. The costs of the Non-Sponsored Excursions will be the sole responsibility of our attendees.
Each couple will receive resort credit (amount TBD) that can be used towards dining, spa, golf, or shopping during the scheduled free time.
