This is a special certification for high-potential managers, next-generation leaders and small company owners who need to elevate their leadership skills. It encompasses a suite of three of our Open Enrollment courses. The courses can be taken individually, or as a package for those seeking the full certification.

Understand what strategy is, how it is formulated based on analyses of the organization and its related environment, and how strategies are implemented. (This segment will be offered online.)

Authentic Leadership: Capitalizing on Your Individual Strengths (March 23-24, 2027)

Find the way to professional success by utilizing the Six Domains of Leadership Model.

Leading Transformation: Implementing Successful Change (May 18-19, 2027)

Introduces participants to the "how to" of leading change, focusing on three distinct steps of the change process: preparation, implementation and institutionalization.
