This tour is arranged by FROSCH International Travel, LLC, One Greenway Plaza, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77046 and Church of the Highlands. FROSCH International Travel, LLC acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers. As such, FROSCH International Travel, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any third-party provider. Participation is at the traveler’s own risk. FROSCH International Travel, LLC reserves the right to modify routing, sightseeing, or transportation arrangements as necessary due to operational conditions, safety concerns, or supplier availability. FROSCH International Travel, LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary as necessary, substitute services of equal value, and modify the program if minimum participation is not met. FROSCH International Travel, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing due to increases in government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier cost increases at any time prior to departure. Any such increases will be passed on to participants. FROSCH International Travel, LLC is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or operational decisions. Any additional costs resulting from such changes are the responsibility of the traveler. The airline ticket, when issued, constitutes the sole contract between the traveler and the airline. FROSCH International Travel, LLC shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, natural disasters, or airline disruptions. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such events are the responsibility of the traveler.
