Patron Opportunities
Patron registration should be made through the same process as attendee registration.
- Click the green "Register Now" button on this page.
- Enter the name of one person to receive complimentary registration, then select your patron package on the second page.
- Instructions on how to register the additional individual will be emailed.
Payment must be made for benefits to become available. Allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Patron support and Exhibit space are non-refundable.
Please register and submit your logo by October 8, 2024 to guarantee inclusion in the final program and on signs.

Exhibit Opportunities
Limited exhibit tables are available for $1,500, or as part of the Platinum, Gold, or Silver Patron benefits (see above).
Exhibit Only registration includes one complimentary registration. Any additional representatives at the exhibit table must also register at the general rate. (Platinum Patrons receive a total of 3 registrations, Gold Patrons receive 2, Silver receive 1.)
Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.
Items included: one skirted 6-foot table, two chairs, one power connection. Signs and pop-up displays are permitted only if they fit on top of the provided 6’ table. Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit. Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors.
To be listed in the program, you must register by October 8, 2024.
