PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED - ONLINE REGISTRATION

Credit/Debit: Preferred method of payment. All major credit cards accepted. *If the device is connected via a VPN or another private network, you may encounter difficulties when attempting to connect to the TouchNet payment portal. It is recommended to log out of the VPN before proceeding.

2026 Brochure form must be filled out and submitted with payment options below.

Check/Money Order: Write registrant name in memo line. Make payable to PURDUE UNIVERSITY. Mail to: The Education Store, 301 S 2nd St, Lafayette, IN 47901

Invoice/PO: Email completed form to edustore@purdue.edu. Please follow payment instructions on the invoice you will receive from Purdue Accounts Receivable.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Refund and Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 12% registration fee + $5 processing fee. To cancel your registration, contact The Education Store by email at edustore@purdue.edu at least 5 business days prior to the training session to request a refund.

The course organizers reserve the right to cancel the program at any time. Training sessions will be cancelled if minimum number of registrations is not reached. If Purdue University cancels the course a full refund will be issued.

TRANSFER and SUBSTITUTION INFORMATION

For transfers, please contact The Education Store by email at edustore@purdue.edu.

There are no fees to change training session dates within the same calendar year.

Cancellation fees apply if you wish to transfer your registration to another course (i.e. switching from RT to Core).

For employee substitutions, please contact The Education Store at edustore@purdue.edu prior to the event. Please include event title, event date, the registered person's name, and contact information for the substitute registrant.
