Apart from the Primary Registration, you can add 4 Exhibitor Staff representatives as no cost, 5th Exhibitor at $100, 6th Exhibitor at $150 and 7th Exhibitor at $200.

Cancellation Policy: This is $200 non-refundable fee if registration is cancelled BEFORE March 19, 2026. No Refunds after March 19, 2026. Exhibitors are fully responsible for paying for any damages to property owned by Westin Hotel, its owners, or managers that results from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend , indemnify and hold harmless, Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitors, its agents , employees, and business invitees which arises from or out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
