Conference Registration and Fees are listed below. Register early to save. Join the Society during registration and register as a member for the discount. Membership dues have increased slightly this year due to the cost of the conference.

The online registration and payment system uses Stripe to process credit cards. Participants may also click the DOWNLOADABLE REGISTRATION FORM and mail it with a check to the address noted on the form.

A NON-Refundable $5 processing fee will be applied to credit card payments; Credit Card payments over $1400 will incur a 2.5% credit card processing fee.

Returned Check Fee: $40.00
Cancellation/Refund Policy: There is a $100 non-refundable fee for canceling registration by March 13, 2025. There are no refunds available after March 13, 2025.
