The 2026 Southern Sleep Society Conference is being held at Memphis Riverline Hotel by Marriott (formerly The Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel), Memphis, TN, 260 North Main Street, Memphis, TX 38103. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and located on the Memphis Trolley line which will take attendees to Beale Steet, the National Civil Rights Museum, The South Main Historic Arts District, The Mississippi River and numerous downtown Memphis hotels and restaurants.

The Memphis Riverline Hotel by Marriott (formerly The Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel) has offered attendees to the Southern Sleep Society meeting a generous rate of $179 per night. The rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 18.75% and a $2.00 per room daily Memphis Tourism fee and a 5% TDC surcharge. The Southern Sleep Society has contracted a limited number of hotel rooms at this special discounted rate, so please make your reservations early.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by GROUP's Master account. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a form of payment. 

CHECKIN/CHECKOUT POLICY: The hotel check-in time is 4pm CST and checkout time is 11am CST. An early check-in or late checkout fee will apply to those guests who require accommodation with an early check-in or an extended late checkout time. Guests who require an early departure after hotel check-in are subject to early departure fees. 

CUTOFF DATE: All group reservations should be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival to secure the group rate. Reservations must be received on or before the group’s cutoff date of March 14, 2026, (the "Cutoff Date"). At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event and will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.

Shipments to the Hotel

PACKAGE HANDLING / STORAGE A minimum handling fee of $5.00 per box/package will be charged for all incoming and outgoing boxes/packages and $200.00 charge applies per pallet. The fees apply to all incoming and outgoing pallets received by hotel's shipping department. Groups exceeding a total of ten (10)boxes/packages/pallets sent to the Hotel will be charged an additional labor charge of $75 per day. (Fees are subject to change). 

Hotel storage fees do apply for each box, package or pallet that is delivered to Hotel more than three (3) business days pre or post of the Groups contracted event dates, for each box, package or pallet that require storage. The storage fee is $5.00 per day per box or package and $200.00 per day, per pallet. Internal amenity delivery fee is $10.00 per amenity delivered. 

Parking

The hotel offers Valet Parking only. The nightly Valet rate does include in and out privileges and charges will be applied directly to your guests’ room account. Hourly rates are also available for Social and Day attendees. The daily rate is offered for up to 8 hours with NO in/out privileges. Overnight bus parking is available with advanced reservations with the events team. The hotel has offered Southern Sleep Society attendees a reduced parking rate during the conference dated. 

  • Valet Overnight rate: $25.00/plus tax per day 
  • Valet Daily rate: $15.00/plus tax per day 
  • Bus Parking: $150.00/plus tax per day
