Arrivals: Please arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) by 12:00 PM MST on January 20. If flight schedules do not allow for on-time arrival, please speak with your manager to obtain approval to travel on January 19 and register accordingly. Arrange your own transportation to the Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale in accordance with Guardant Health’s Business Expense Reimbursement Policy. Where possible, share rides with teammates!

Departures: The program concludes at 11:30 AM MST on January 22. Please book flights departing after 1:00 PM MST.
