- E-BIKE SHARE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL
Great news! New York Bicycling Coalition (NYBC) has arranged for Project MOVER, the E‑bikeshare service for Westchester Rivertowns, to deploy a temporary rack in the parking lot at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Cetner for Walk, Bike & Roll Symposium participants to utilize!

Exhibits are Tuesday, June 2 only. Exhibitor Registration includes one complimentary symposium registration, a 6' table and 2 chairs, and logo display on website, Attendee Hub, and promotional event materials. Additional attendants must pay a registration fee.- EXHIBITOR- $500.00

- YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE
Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), in partnership with the National Road Safety Foundation (NRSF), is offering up to six (6) full scholarships for student leaders to attend the 2026 Walk, Bike, Roll NY Conference. The scholarship covers conference registration, travel, hotel accommodations, and meals. Scholarship recipients will receive a supply stipend to prepare and present a poster presentation summarizing their research, project, or safety initiative, and potentially serve on a student panel or assist with conference activities, as determined by the planning committee.

This relaxed, social ride and post-ride reception is your chance to pedal alongside the people you’ve read about, worked with, or are excited to finally meet.

$50 ticket includes the ride and light dinner reception - join for the ride, the reception, or both!
