All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable. All proceeds benefit the James Robertson Student Access Fund.
The Presidential Suite, Recharge Experience, and Insider Conversation prizes must be redeemed in connection with the ROMBA 2026 Conference in Dallas and are subject to the specific availability and redemption requirements associated with each prize. The Presidential Suite winner is responsible for all additional charges that may be incurred beyond the nightly room rate, tax, and resort fee.
Southwest Airline tickets are not required to be used for travel to the ROMBA Conference. Tickets are subject to Southwest Airlines’ applicable terms, conditions, restrictions, and redemption requirements.
Prizes are nontransferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash. Identification is required to claim prizes. Additional restrictions and conditions associated with individual prizes may apply.
