Following the successful launch of mediation rules at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in 2023 and the Federal Mediation Law Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023
On Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes, we are pleased to announce the joint CEDR/DIAC Mediation Advocacy Skills Training course.
The course will be held over one day on Thursday the 31st day of October and provides legal practitioners and in house law departments with the much-needed skills required to meet the demands of representing companies and clients in advising, preparing, and participating in mediations.
