Summary
Service coordinators are invited to connect with one another and EITP staff within this forum to discuss successes and challenges that arise while facilitating team meetings. This is an open forum that will allow for service coordinators to problem-solve and share strategies for success as they consider leadership and teaming practices with one another. Participants can attend as they see fit based on their questions/needs. Prior to participating, we encourage you to complete a pre-survey to submit questions in advance.
Objectives
- Learn about and share effective facilitation and hosting strategies
- Problem-solve challenges experienced as meeting facilitators
- Gain a sense of community and learn new ways to facilitate team meetings and activities from/with peers and EITP facilitators
